Now I have grown old and retired, handicapped physically, but with a sincere desire to do something to benefit other people. With a desire to keep myself active I decided to write some of the stories told to me by my parents and relatives. However I am not a writer and can't afford the cost of promoting my writing. Then when reading our Bible I came upon a passage in JESUS' Sermon on the mountain Matthew (5-9) "Blessed are the peacemakers for they shall be called the children of GOD". Something came to my mind in a flash. This is it; some writing I can do to help promote peace in this troubled world. Now I don't want to write a Bible sermon. I decided to use a few stories that might compare my understanding of the various religions and show points of agreement and perhaps reasons for misunderstanding. Since I believe that soon the DNA discovery will soon make great changes in religious understanding, I point to some facts I learned about DNA. May the words I have written be pleasing...
