Nejmeh SC are considered one of the most popular football teams in Lebanon. The club was established in Beirut in 1945, and received its license on 28 April 1947. The club had promoted gradually along the different divisions, and finally reached the first division in 1951. They club play their home games at the Al Manara Stadium.
