During his career, he worked with several artists, including Nate Dogg, Butch Cassidy, Mac Dre, E-40, Yukmouth, C-Bo, Killa Tay, Messy Marv, JT The Bigga Figga and San Quinn. Fat Tone can be heard on a wide variety of local and California rappers' albums and mixtapes. He is featured throughout the compilation brought out by Frisco Street Show called 5 Shots of Cognac. He has also appeared on Mr. Stinky and the Vigilanty Squad's projects often in the earlier years. He is also most known for popularizing the slogan "It's Real" which was put on his obituary in memory of the rapper. Other slogans he has popularized throughout Kansas City are "Ya No", "Ay Ay Ay", "OG Stack-a-Dolla" and "It's Nothin'. Fat Tone also used to produce his own beats from time to time.
