This work presents an analysis on different algorithm like DES, TDES, and AES. Software development of encryption/decryption module for the two targets, programming language used is Embedded C, MikroC and Visual Studio VC++ are the compilers and Microcontroller PIC16F877A is employed. For establishing communication between the EMS simulated ECU and Transponder Simulated ECU, RF Protocol is used to achieve the low cost engine immobiliser.
