It is shown that the obtained equations reduce to the equations of classical electrodynamics in the limiting case, in which the real reference frame associated with the charge becomes quasi-inertial. The resulted equations are analyzed in particular cases. The most important is the case of generating the electromagnetic field by the charge in a circular nonrelativistic motion.
