Heart Disease Detection System has been designed to improve prediction diseases. Machine learning C4.5 Decision tree algorithm has been implemented for the extraction of rules from the real patient benchmark dataset. 13 attributes are used and disease is diagnosed. C4.5 algorithm used in this research is compared with ID3 algorithm by using weka tool.
