He is Director and Senior Fellow of both the Center on International Cooperation (CIC) at New York University and of the Managing Global Order (MGO) project, a joint initiative between CIC and the Brookings Institution. Jones’ research focuses primarily on U.S. policy on global order; the global order policies of the emerging powers; global governance and multilateral reform, including such issues as G8/G20 and UN Security Council reform; and international conflict management, peacekeeping, and post-conflict operations.
