The parallel arrangement, in which all the three parameters of the PID controller are added, is implemented in this project. The PID controls the speed on motor on the basis of the difference (known as error signal) between the desired speed and the actual speed. This Project aims to implement a digital PID controller on FPGA for DC Motor Speed control. The system mainly consists of PID controller, PWM and DC Motor with feedback circuit. The DC motor has high degree of non-linearity. The PID controller will help us to control this non-linearity.
